Cannot see mobile account on already existing internet account

Hi,

 

I already have an existing fido internet account and yesterday I just go fido mobile aswell. I registered both under the same e-mail, however, when I log onto my online account, I only see my internet bill and not my mobile one. The sales rep at the store said that it should show up automatically but it hasn't. How can I see both mobile and internet bills on the same online account (with the same email)?

Got some questions for you Smiley

 

Are you logging on Fido.ca My Account with your email as the username?

 

Has it been 48h since you activated your mobile line?

 

When on Fido.ca My Account, are you able to click on your Service's Tab to switch from Home Internet to Mobile?
