I would like to cancel the account and I tried to contact Fido and live chat but it’s not have anyone accept my request. How can I do?? I will leave 2 Jan 2018.

Unfortunely we can't cancel your account here due to security reasons. If I remember correctly, you can't cancel your account on-line via My Account either..
Your options is to keep calling Fido or drive to a store and cancel in person. Please bring a piece of ID with you as they will need that.
