Cancelation/New phone

Hi, my 2 year contract ends this October and I was wondering. Can I cancel my plan during the early 6 months? And if I can't cancel, can I get a free phone upgrade in April (When my 6 months is) and leave fido in October with the new phone?

Hey Rabuyah!

Should you wish to cancel your Fido services without penalty, you would have to wait until your agreement is over to do so. Cancelling during your early renewal period will incur charges.

Please note that the phone upgrade with agreement rebate includes an agreement renewal. If you renew your contract, you will have a penalty for cancelling your account in October.

Is there a specific reason you would like to cancel your Fido services? Did you talk about it with someone over the phone?
