I have tried to cancel my mobile phone account via Internet or Login, from overseas but could not find any such service. I have sent an email and there is no response. Very frustrated. Any suggestion?
Only a Fido representative can cancel an account, if you sent an email it most likely it will take sometime for a reply. Fido does have a number you can call for free from abroad to speak with a representative you can get that info and other ways to contact Fido here.
