Can't reply to reply to my question

Help, please! I'm new this community forum, although a long-time Fido subscriber (over three years), and a couple of weeks ago I posted a question.  One person responded, and I've tried a couple of times to respond to that person's post, but when I click on "reply," the Fido website sends me to "My Account" instead.  What can I do?

Can you point us to the post you are trying to reply to ? Also, can you try to access the Community from a different browser to see if this happens as well?
