I have been trying to reach Fido for about 2 weeks and not able to get through to them. My data miraculously finished within 2 the first 2 weeks of my billing cycle and i have been trying to reach a rep to discuss this over the phone all to no avail. I get it you are busy however this is not acceptable customer servbice as I have tried and most times i am on hold for an hour and i get dropped off. I just want you to know that my time with Fido has definitely come to an end. I believe I will find another service provider that will give me better value as opposed to chasing Fido, thank you
