Been calling for days. Trying fb messenger, trying live chat,sending emails, and even trying to change my plan online. I used to choose the options to do so but then today it’s no longer a function on the website. I’ve been with Fido for 15+ years and this is a slap in the face if Fido refuses to give me the changed plan after 19 Dec if I can never get through. Not to mention the fact that if you are changing carriers you can do the change in stores but if you are an existing customer you have to call!
