Hi there!
I want to get a new plan. I have had my current plan for way too long, and I decided to switch it up by ATTEMPTING to go through the Fido website and save myself the $70 set up fee. Should be easy since I am in no way tech illiterate! Purchasing things online is my bread and butter However, everytime I fill out all of the information for the new pink iphone 16 plus with 512GB, and go through the data plan rabbit hole I am met with the same dreaded issue. I get to #4 Add ons. The site will not allow me to proceed any further than #4 Add ons. I just want the english premium voicemail-t-text Value pack. Everytime I choose it, and I still can't click on "Continue." It just won't respond. I have done everything correctly. I have tried mix and matching Add ons as an experiment to see if maybe I have to choose more than one with no prevail. Which is good since I just wanted ONE add on.
I even called a fido representetive to walk through after 2 days of checking back to see if this awfully coded website would work. Very annoying that even though I go through the whole thing myself, and I call a fido representetive and we both go through it, I would get charged the $70 set up fee JUST FOR THEM TO PRESS THE CONTINUE BUTTON ON THERE END BECAUSE THE FIDO WEBSITE IS MESSED UP. That seems insanely unfair to me! Fix your website please! If it isn't the website, I have no idea what it could be.
Can someone give me some advice on how to proceed further? I just want my pink iphone 16 plus with 512GB and a better plan.

UPDATE!
It's not me, It's definitely a Fido issue! I have tried 3 different computers (my own and 2 other computers), with 2 tech savvy friends trying it for me, and my own APP to try to get this deal. I know what I am doing.
I finally got the plan and phone I wanted after calling. The sweet Fido employee waived the cost of the $70 because it ALSO didn't work on there end. Thank you!
