Can only download my first bill

Hi Fido,

I can only see my first paid bill (November 2016) in my personal account. I would like to see the details of my last bill from August 27th 2017. Could you please help me by sending it to me via email ?

Hi @EleonoreH,

That's odd!

To access previous bills, from the same page, select the date desired in the View Bill dropdown menu. Did you try doing that?

I already tried it and the dropdown meny only displays the bill of November 2016 and "Older".

I don't have access to the bills from December 2016 to today.

I can send you a screenshot if needed.
