Call back goes directly to VM never rings

I have tried multiple times to request a call back and even though I hold my phone the whole time in my hand the phone never rings.  Then suddenly a voice mail appears.  As if they purpously go there directly.  The call never shhows up in my recent list either.  Any suggestions?  There is no option when calling to stay on the line to wait

I have done the chat but then if you want to speak to a supervisor they tell you they will call back.

Hi @Fustrated1973 , I know sitting on hold is a frustrating experience. I prefer connecting with fidosolutions on Twitter and requesting a DM. Then you will have interaction with the customer service representative through DM's and as long as you have your device with you, you can communicate with an agent through messaging. It may take a bit of time,but it's not spent waiting on hold. Hopefully that works for you. Cheers
