Thanks to a poorly trained customer service staff and a lack of follow up from the management department, it has been taken over a week for a mobile device been delivered.
Brightstar charged for a service that has not provided on time and now, it looks that they are making me a favor for that service.
This policy and unethical practices are extremely bad for customers and make Fido as unprofessional as Brightstar.
Hoping to resolve this matter asap or Fido will loose us as customers.
