I called on boxing day 4 pm to upgrade my device from iphone 7 to iphone 11 pro 256gb.CSR gave me some optiopn and best option was my current plan with 35$ and 30 tab/fianncing so.My final bill willbe 65 plus tax. but while serching some other option call was disconnected and I tried to call again but by that time call center was close.And when I call next day CSR said there is no such deal for you.All I need is call recording of my first conversation with FIDO CSR.So I can prove that what deal she offer me was in my acct and cannot chnage in just one day.Or Fido can get me that deal than I dont need any recoding.
