Hi...
I recently left Fido for another carrier and Fido counter offered me with a much better plan.
Question about the previous Fido account, it shows a negative balance and was wondering since I'm back if it that negative balance can be applied against the new billing account?

That's a good question, if the same account number was reactivated I would imagine the credit should apply to your invoice depending on how long the account was deactivated, if the refund cheque was issued then it will not be applied to the account, if it is an entirely new account number with the counter offer that brought you back then the process for the old account will follow their policy and a cheque will be issued.

Hey, thanks for the quick response. It's two different accounts and I'm thinking to save on postage fees I'd opt for the credit vs the check, lol.
