So my bill has the normal amount on it, but I find that there is a charge added to my account balance that I can't find out where it's coming from. I paid off last months, I pay it off every month. The only difference with this month is I won to contest through Fido. The charge is close to half the price of the item brand new and unfortunately I can't even use them because I didn't realize they were for Apple devices only. Has anybody else won a contest and found a random charge suddenly that isn't explained to you on your bill? Is it a shipping cost that's half the price of the prize?
