Hi I understand people are calling in for the new $40 4GB plan, but I am on hold for 2 hours and 32 minutes plus an hour wait on the live chat. Is there anyway I can change the plan here? thanks

I just got a rep and he transferred me to a line where it got disconnected. I cannot justify the fact that I waited 2 hours and a half and got dissconnected. I need immediate assitance here. please help
