Annual prepaid plan renewal question

I have the annual prepaid plan and it is about to expire. Does this plan renew itself automatically? I do have sufficient funds in my account to cover it for another year but do I still need to purchase a voucher to extend the expiry date? Thanks for the information.

Hi trailblazer!

You would indeed need to purchase another voucher to extend the expiry date. Here are the validity periods depending on the voucher amount purchased:

• $10 valid for 30 days
• $20 valid for 30 days
• $30 valid for 30 days
• $50 valid for 60 days
• $100 valid for 365 days
