I've 2 lines with fido.
Now I'm trying to upgrade the first line and it's always a problem to get the Pixel.
An again i guess I'll start a migration research this year.
I can't have my same plan.
I renewed my contract last time with the demand.
2 nights ago i asked for pixel 3xl same plan
The girl gave me 50$off n said i have to upgrade to a higher plan to have it.
The guy gave me 25%off, waived the activation and ordered the phone.
When i got the email i saw it said 106$ plan like hell no, i want my 76$ plan.
I have 2 lines with fido, and i always can't get a good deal for the primary line. If i have to migrate to another company i will but i don't like to cellphone shopping.
All i need is pixel 3xl 128gb with my plan or ok the 79$plan.
I have the 128gb pixel 2 xl and it's dying
now the deal is not working as customer service told me ! i have to pay 700.00$
and messed up my bill. im requesting to listen my conversation i had with a customer service rep on 30/03/2019
the guy told me my bill was 386.85 ( 297.33 for the first line and 89.52 for the 2nd line)
today i called back and my bill is 431.00$
Im all lost
