Allow value pack customers to disable voice mail

I wish there was a way to turn off voice mail.  I like the savings and features I get with a value pack, but absolutely despise having voice mail.

 

If I remove the value pack and get the options I want separately, I spend more money (and I can't get unlimited picture messaging).

 

Please consider this!

Came across this post, just wanted to confirm that now voicemail can be completely disabled and will not reactivate itself. It a simple account configuration.  So contact us at Facebook/Twitter to get it done Wink

I called support and they were able to remove the voice mail service from my account without changing my billing.  This is awesome.

 

However, after he did this he mentioned that it might automatically re-activate at a later date.  This is not awesome.

 

We'll see how this goes I guess.

This is true - it is possible to exclude the voicemail feature from the value pack, however when an account cleanup is done in the backend, it will be re-added as the system believes that it is an error.

 

I will update this thread if I hear any news on the feedback that was sent.
