Activation charges not waived

Its been more then 3 months since I got Fido connection from one of the stores in Ottawa. The sales people said the charges would be waived the next month, but that didn't happen. Unfortunately, upon calling the customer care they informed that it will be taken care and a complaint has been raised. However, no action has been taken till date. I never got the activation charges back. Not at all satisfied with Fido post sales service and care. 


Hello @Akshay_08 , sorry to hear that you're having difficulty getting your administration fee refunded to you. I just want to point out that if you sign up for a plan at one of the stores, there's a $50 administration fee. If you complete the change online on though, there's no charge. You may contact customer service Here and if you have further concerns, there is a link to report issues and concerns further down in that link to do so. I hope you get a resolution
