My Fido account was hacked as a new phone plan and phone number was added to my account and I did not purchase anything!! I called Fido more than a week ago and they told me the fraud department would call back in 4-5 days business days, but of course they did not, so I called back and the agent said they are still investigating. This is getting ridiculous as I am not paying for something I did purchase!! How much longer do I have to wait before this gets resolved!!
