Account hacked in 2022 and still causing problems

So as mentioned my account got hacked on the 21st of April 2022 , the hacker ordered a phone in my name and thankfully I was able to refund it and get my money back along with account after changing passwords. However now the phone upgrade history is linked to my account and now I cannot even preorder the new iPhone 15 pro max because my new upgrade date is pushed back to April 21 2024. This is absolutely ridiculous , fido you need to fix this ASAP!!!

Good morning @Alpos ,wow, glad you were able to reclaim the account after being hacked. Did you call customer service to ask about upgrading your device? I believe when an upgrade is done online, the computers automatically reset your next upgrade date. Try contacting fidosolutions on Twitter (now X) or on Facebook to request assistance via messaging. I'm pretty sure they will be able to help you. Hope you get a resolution

Hello, yes I actually called support but they couldn't help. However weirdly enough live chat could fix the issue and I was able to process my upgrade !
