About calling an emergency number

Is there anyone has tried to call this number by phone?1 877 465 0085 It is the emergency number of Thomas Cook Borderless Prepaid and I’d like to know how much does it cost to phone this number. Ps: seems like connecting by landline phone is free but calling on mobile may be charged.

Since it's a toll-free number, you generally wouldn't be charged. This however would depend on where you're calling from. Can you give a little more details?
