6 Hours of waiting to see that customer support has left in 3 minutes

Well played.

I didn't think to check back every three minutes while I was waiting from 5pm till 11am for a Fido rep to get back to me.

I also spent over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to a human being.

If this is because of the 20 year 'celebration' this is the worst party I've ever been to.
