5 years with Fido but leaving due to disappointment

Upgraded plan to get iPhone 14. They have trouble delivery and I ended up waiting for a month. They called to pick up at the store, came to the store, they said they change the price and I have to pay more with current price.

One month waiting: pay more or you get nothing. 

- My waiting wasn't compensated 

- Reason for that is my address was not correct but all ordered I made online came right to my door. They didn't bother go one extra step to call and check my address again if that actually is a real reason

- Customer service is suck, one month waiting and 5 phone calls. Ended up pay more or get nothing.

- I had to say sorry for hung up the pphone at the last call because I was running out of all my patience.

 

They just lost three customers in one account.
