Hey, last month I received a promotional offer saying that I got extra 5gb of data per month on top of my existing data of 6gb. However, just today I logged into my account and removed the 5gb of data. I thought that extra data would carry over to each month. The offer still shows in my account but now I cannot claim it again, maybe because I already claimed it once.

Did you remove it? Did you mean it was removed/missing?
When you log in to your account does it show a total of 11GB? If it does then you are okay if not then I would suggest you contact customer service and they can look into your account and see what is going on.
If you changed your plan that could also be the reason why the extra 5GB this is also something you can confirm with customer service.
Yes, thank you. I talked with customer service and they solved my issue. The data isn't showing yet but they said it would take around 24-48 hours to show it in my account. So, I guess i'll wait.
