I've never had service that lacked so much. Completely inaccessible. Redirected to a pain person. Fido makes it impossible to contact an actual person and once you get connected if they don't like what you have to say and can't help you, THEY HANG UP and neglect to call back. I will never recommend FIDO! In fact I will make it known to everyone not to use Fido!
