Wifi signal on but no internet connection

My internet randomly went out and when we tried resetting it the hidron log in screen came up. I signed in and nothing happened. The internet was not restore so we reset the modem again and still nothing. Currently our modems only has its all the lights on except for the @ light and the second "home" looking light. The first light keeps blinking along with the 2.4 and 5G light. Hopefully that's enough information for you guys to help

@Fo2 because the @ light is not on means you do not have an Internet signal double check your cable if you have a splitter on the line take it off and connect the cable directly to the modem and see if it works.
