Unbelievable customer service

it seems i go through this with fido every month. Was told someone would be here to fix my wifi problem on saturday between 2-4 i waited for them to call and say they are here but nothing happened. Fastforward to Tuesday i spend half a day on hold then hung up on. This evening i try online service and 1 hour later they come on to help me. I told them the problem they say there was no tech. booked to come out i said im sick of the excuses and will just cancel my services they said anything else we can help you with? yes some real answers but guess not. Last time i went through this i asked to speak to a supervisor and the person on the hone refused to do that. How do you stay in business with no answers for anything??? Even my mother spent over 9 hurs on hold and still no answers...

What kind of issues are you having with your internet?
