Looks like Fido is throttling torrent traffic, even when the data is being sent through a VPN tunnel. I noticed when I was downloading a new copy of Linux Mint via a torrent that the speeds dropped down to 10Mpbs. As an experiment I paused the torrent and noticed the speeds jumped back up to 250Mpbs. Once I started the torrent again, voila, back to 10Mbps. Pretty clear they are throttling traffic.
Has anyone else seen that on their service?
