Overcharged in internet bill - can't reach customer service

I was charged the wrong amount for my internet bill. The CSR I was speaking with online stopped responding and I don't have time to wait over an hour to speak with someone.


For anyone considering Fido for home internet or phone should look elsewhere. Their customer service is awful and their website is clunky and obtuse. I can't get any help online and when I call in, I have to wait at least an hour to speak to someone.
