I ordered Fido internet on Nov 24. It's already more than 1 month, and it's still a "pending request" in the "my account" page.
Sometime around Dec 6 or 7, I have followed up with a Fido agent using Live Chat. I was told that I should be receiving a modem in 7 days max. Another 20 days have passed, and still nothing. Can someone please help me to look into the situation?

That doesn't sound right, the delay to receive the modem is way longer than usual.
Did you not receive any email confirmation in regards to the order?
