New modem not getting connected

Hi,

not able to connect the modem , only power upstream and 2.4G lights are blonking all others are not working . Tried both sockets available. 
is there anything else i need to connect.

Have you tried rebooting your modem? If that didn't work, you can contact tech support at 1-888-259-3436.
