Is it only me?

I have been using Fido internet ($65 plus tax) for few years now and I don’t know what just happened to the service recently. It has slowed down so much that today it has literally stopped working on pretty much all the devices. Super frustrating to see almost all the bars missing and then waiting for hours for one single page to open :pouting_face: I’m literally going to call the customer service and probably move on with some other carrier.

I understand how frustrating your situation could be. We always recommend to reboot the modem once in a while, it's like a computer, you don't want to leave it on for too long. However, if you already rebooted your modem and this persists, have you had the chance to talk to our technical support team? You can contact them here.
