My home internet is intermittently down. This issue is happening since last 2 weeks, it is so unreliable, we (my wife and I) are missing important meetings and have to opt for vaction as no internet...and have to work at night to cover as well. This is highly disappointing and have spend 3 hours on phone since morning to reach to your support team. No help till now. Please provide alternate way to stay connected else we are left with no alternative to look for other providers.

I am sorry to see that you're having these kinds of difficulties with your internet connection. Can you confirm if you've had a chance to try rebooting the modem to see if this helps?
