Good at providing the worst customer experience at their best

I signed up for Fido internet and they sent me two modems in a row which are faulty and spent two whole days talking to their customer service. They can't fix the issue yet and they sent a technician to my home and couldn't resolve the issue. What they can do is providing the credit. What they don't understand is quality of service is more important than money. At this point I would like to complain to the CEO or CCTS
