Fido home internet vs teksavvy

I am looking to switch from Teksavvy to Fido home internet. They are both on the  Rogers network backbone. Will I see any improvement on the service with Fido?

Theoretically, you should see better quality because even though Teksavvy uses the Rogers network, Rogers prioritize their customers first.
