The modem provided by Fido is almost covering just few meters, I asked them to send us another modem which may be stronger & they said you have to buy a Wifi extender yourself on your own expense!
So why Fido company sell home internet if it's not able to provide a house wide Wifi coverage?
How should a customer know that Fido is this much stingy or irresponsible about their technical support?
