2 account in one home line

Hello everyone, I have a problem. My roommate just left the house and, since the subscription was on his name, he took the  modem with him to return it to Fido. I think he still need to cancel the subscription. Since I'm working from home, today I went to make an other subscription on my name, for the same address without thinking that might be a problem. When I came back home and connect the modem, of course it didn't work. Is there any solution to this issue? Am I going to be able to connect my modem if he doesn't cancel his subscription? (He's not an organized person, it might take him more than a week to cancel the subscription). Thank you!

Your modem should work regardless if your roommate cancels his subscription or not, you should contact Fido's internet technical department 1-888-236-FIDO (3436) and they can help troubleshoot the issue.
