1.5 mbps Upload speed

For over a month now my upload speed has been giving terrible issues. I've been many times it'll be fixed but i'm seriously starting to doubt that.. Is anyone else expirencing this? It's definitely not congesttion, it's litterally like this all day.

Have you tried rebooting the modem? If that didn't help, the best option would be to contact tech support at 1-888-259-3436.
