Seems that existing costomers get nothing for being LOYAL. new customers are getting 20 gig data for 39.0$.

looks like its time to move on and be a new customer somewhere else.

Hi @Existing1. Did you try calling in to ask if it's possible to get the plan? I know other carriers are offering the same one and if you're not on a 2 year plan you may want to have that discussion with customer service. No harm in asking and if it doesn't work out then you have a decision to make. Does Fido give you reliable service and fair rates? Will other carriers be the same? No harm in asking
