What about a rewards program for customer loyalty? The longer you have been with fido the better offers you get from fido.
Loyalty points for those who have paid their bills on time everytime since their beginning with fido?
For example, I think I have been with Fido since 2010 maybe? I'd really like a new phone (S8+) and would consider a contract but I cant justify loosing my favorable BYOP pulse plan.
Fido did have sort of a loyalty rewards program with the Fido dollars but they were taken away without our approval. As a customer this was upsetting to see the Fido dollars I had accumulated be completely removed and replaced with a free subscription to spotify which I do not use. I would have prefrerred keeping the fido dollars I had to put towards a new phone.
