I spoke with an agent on a boxing deal promotion via chat and the deal was $10 with phone, plan $50 with $5 discount then $45 so total the plan $55/month+taxes, also  I got a written confirmation too. THen I got the invoice with: $26 monthly charge, $300 down payment, $60 set up service and additional charges for financing $50/month, so for a tital of $544.  What a rip off!!!

Now they told me either you return your device or pay.

So before you deal ask for all of kind of written confirmation, FIDO isconfusing people with the deals they have, do not beleive and do not trust.

Disapoint and do not recomand, too bad. Proffesionalism ZERO.

Happened to me too.  When I asked why there was no real reason.  They charged me for a service I canceled for years. When I asked them to fix the problem I was ignored and have now been cut off. Cancel before it gets worse
