Years of over paying, promised a resolution and now canceling

I'm not trying to create a rant but a warning. After many years of being a customer I have been ignored, over billed and ignored.  There has been an additional charge on by bill for years after weeks of asking for help I finally recived an email from the Predidents of Of Fido from a Mariana an Advisor, Office of the President promising to fix this issue. 

After multple attemps to contact her through email and calling (she never answers her phone or calls back so don't bother) I have heard nothing for weeks.  I will no longer be a customer of Fido and suggest the same for anyone asking for advise.  My next step is reporting this to the Better Business Bureau in hopes they will be able to help.
