New activation - No Sim card

Hello,

 

I purchased a new plan on Black Friday and am still awaiting the email to be delivered to pick up my Sim card at a nearby store. I spoke with the support team member and they advised me that I must either wait indefinitely or cancel the activation. It is quite normal for it to take over a week to receive the new Sim? I am still not a Fido user and I am feeling somewhat disappointed.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, however, depending on the number of orders, it could sometimes a bit longer. Were you able to pick up the sim?
