Hi @Bibonimana-2023 , that would be totally shocking to see a charge like that on my credit card. If in fact the charge didn't come from Fido, you should immediately call your credit card company, the number is on the back of your credit card, and report a fraudulent charge and if you can put a lock on your card until you can change your password and pin. I highly recommend you do this immediately to stop any further charges. I'm so sorry this happened to you.
