Hey Community!
I was in San Francisco at the beginning of June to attend this year’s Lithy awards. While I didn’t return with a trophy in hand this time, I’m pleased to announce we were finalists! Woo! 
To be considered for this prestigious award is a great honor, and I wanted to write to you all today to express how proud I am of how far we’ve come together.
Just to give everyone a little background, Lithium provides social customer experience management software. They engine our community, and help us offer the best virtual environment possible. Every year they host an award ceremony to recognize and celebrate the best Communities from around the world. This was no mere local contest; this was an international award ceremony!
Lithy or no Lithy, I think we can all be proud of what our Community has become; a place where everyone gets together to chat, ask questions, share experiences and tips, give advice or simply our opinion... it’s awesome. I’m personally honored to be part of this Community.
I would also like to take this opportunity to give a special shout-out to my crew; love you guys, our MVPs who never cease to amaze me, and of course, everyone’s awesome attitude and steadfast willingness to help others!
To those of you who haven’t joined the Community yet, all I have to say is: What are you waiting for?
