From October 2023 to January 2024, we're celebrating our time together with a special contest that will automatically enter our customers in a give away for a chance to win a full year of FREE Fido service!
As a gesture of our gratitude and a nod to your loyalty, Fido mobile customers reaching milestone anniversaries of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, etc. years with us will receive a Happy Fido Anniversary email and/or SMS, granting them a chance to win a free year of Fido service.
The best part? No action is required from you! Eligible customers are enrolled automatically, earning one entry for every year they've been with us.
Each month during this amazing celebration period, we'll randomly select one lucky customer to enjoy a full year of free Fido service. The winner will be awarded a one-time bill credit equivalent to a year of Fido service for one mobile line. This bill credit will be applied to the customer's Fido account based on the monthly service fee as of the draw date.
This exciting contest is valid throughout the customer's anniversary month, so cross your fingers and let's celebrate together! 🎉
Contest Rules
No purchase necessary. Contest closes September 30, 2023, at 11:59p.m. ET. Open only to residents of Canada over the age of majority who are Fido Mobile customers before the start of the Contest and having received the Contest communication. Prize: a one-time bill credit up to $900 representing one (1) year of Fido service based on the winner’s mobile monthly service fee (one mobile line) as of the date of the draw, to be applied to the winner’s Fido account (no device included). The account of the winner must be in good standing. To be declared a winner, the participant must acknowledge and accept the contest rules and correctly answer a math skill-testing question.
