Hi,
I’m regularly faced with this problem: I can’t click on the “send me the code” button on the app because it’s faded/not activated. How do i fix that? Also, i signed into my account on my iphone6 and don’t see a log out option. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Can you confirm you have the latest version of the app? We're at 3.5.1.
The code should only be required the first time you access the app. As long as you have the latest version you should no longer be experiencing this problem.
To your second point, if you wish to log out, the option is under MORE, followed by Settings.

Hi Rachel,
thanks for getting back to me. I do have the latest version of the app. In the past months, the app hasn’t been consistent in asking me to request a code to log in. More often than not, it requires it. Any other solutions?
