Resolved! Balance came back on app after payment

I paid my bill for the last cycle and received confirmation for my payment through email. But when checked my fido app, Fido hasn't updated my payment to make my billing Zero oweing. what should I do to let Fido know about this issue and fix it?

Problems with Fido App

Hi, I cannot log into the Fido App since a couple of days. It always says they hit a snag and I should try again later. I did, but it didn't work. I have reinstalled. But still not working. Any suggestions? Thanks
