Hi I was wondering if I pay my bill through the FIDO App by choosing the "Make a Payment" option & pay with my credit card; will FIDO save my card # info & charge it automatically every month (as like an pre-authorized payment) to pay my bill???

No, Fido will only process a one-time payment. A pre-authorized payment can only be done if you set it up.
